HOW TO USE SHOPBACK

How ShopBack Pay works?
1. Launch the ShopBack App and click on Sign Up. For new user download the app via Play Store and Apps Store.

2. Select respective country code and register your mobile number

3. Input verification code to registered mobile number

4. Add a valid Malaysia Credit/Debit Card

5. Proceed verification with MyKad

6. Once complete, wait for a few minute then enjoy shopping.

 

FOR IN STORE PURCHASE

1. Launch the ShopBack App user Home Screen and use the Scan & Pay feature

2. Scan the QR Code standee, located near the Cashier

3. Enter the amount given by cashier.

4. Select apply promo (if any) and you may use Cashback on your purchase.

5. After everything is checkout, Swipe to Pay and successful payment page will be shown on your screen.

 

FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

1. Choose you desired product 

2. After add to cart and checkout, fill the information needed

3. Click 'continue to shipping' and verify the information before continue

4. Click 'continue to payment' and select ShopBack as payment option

5. Open your ShopBack Apps on your mobile and scan the QR code

 

6. Complete.
